How the contact form works

The standard website form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Entering details does not itself submit them to Smart Level. You decide whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp. After you send it, the information is handled through WhatsApp and our business communications. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy terms and international infrastructure. If the contact form is replaced with an email form, submitted information is processed by the website and email providers to deliver and manage the inquiry.

Why information is used
